In the year before Rijeka carries the title of the European Capital of Culture, the Centre for Democracy and Law Miko Tripalo, RIJEKA 2020 d.o.o. and the University of Rijeka, in cooperation with the Culturelink/IRMO network and the Cultural Policy Observatory, will organise the International Cultural Relations of the EU – Europe, World, Croatia international conference.
The aim of the conference is to stimulate debate on the possibilities and challenges of international cultural cooperation in the present day and analyse the modalities that will lead to more frequent and functional cooperation and exchange between the EU and the rest of the world.
