Open Call: Tandem Cultural Capitals

Tandem is a cooperation programme connecting various European workers in culture by offering them a networking platform for joint projects (created in tandem), also by providing professional and financial aid.

Currently, over 350 European cultural managers and event creators are working on joint cultural and art projects.

Tandem Cultural Capitals programme is looking for cultural professionals and their organisations from seven former or future European Capitals of Culture to explore and develop cross-border collaborations with peers from other participating cities. Throughout 2019, they will identify and experiment with inspiring collaboration ideas and jointly put the European dimension of your Capital of Culture into concrete practice.
