A week marked by the start of Needcompany Festival, one of the artistic highlights of the entire Rijeka ECoC programme. The Festival kicks off on 29 February with the exhibition titled “18 Video” by duo Lemm&Barkey whose video installations bring together the oeuvre of renowned Belgian art group Needcompany, followed by a gig of “Concert By A Band Facing The Wrong Way” on the same evening.
