The group of citizens gathered around the Green Sušak initiative is an informal group of people connected by their enthusiasm and ideas for the revitalisation of Sušak.
This project has paid tribute to Joseph Kulfanek through a series of green actions through which Sušak celebrated his 100th birthday in a new, refreshed way. All citizens within this action are also educators eager for greater involvement within community life. Kulfanek’s philosophy of “constantly sowing, working, transplanting” has come to life again, and the bearers are the children who have tasted the “school for life” concept with this project.
