The first Kvarner Colony of Authorial Comics and Illustrations begins on Friday, 6 November 2020, at 7 pm at Delta Export with the opening of the exhibition of works created by Croatian authors between 2010 and 2020. Around 30 comic book and illustration authors of various generations and styles will be displaying their works at the exhibition, which is a retrospective of Croatian artistic creation pertaining to this art form.

The aim of the exhibition is to showcase the different drawing styles, approaches and poetics in one place, with over 300 exhibited works, and to expose the public to the authors’ opuses.

Another interesting feature of the exhibition is the unpublished works and works in progress that will be displayed alongside the comics and illustrations, with a few other surprises also in store.

The projects Komikaze, Lavanderman and Oho Ho will also be introduced as part of the exhibition.
