The project aims at exploring existing practices of diversity management in the public and private sector of cultural and creative industries on local and EU level and identify transferable models.
Diversity Mixer – policies and practices in the cultural and creative industries is a project co-funded by the European Union’s Rights, Equality and Citizenship Programme (2014-2020) and is implemented between October 2018 and October 2020). The project deals with a sector approach to diversity management and focuses on diversity in the cultural and creative industries (CCIs). It is jointly carried out by RIJEKA 2020 LLC and the Academy of Applied Arts in Rijeka, in collaboration with the Croatian Business Council for Sustainable Development as associate partner. As part of the project, Good Practice Report and Report on Diversity will be published, an international conference will be organized and also policy recommendations will be developed in regards of diversity management. The total grant amount is EUR 143.054,72 and is distributed between the partners depending on the activities they carry out.
