Flagships
The cultural programme is divided into seven intertwined thematic segments, or flagships. Each flagship includes a series of separate events and has been developed in cooperation with numerous domestic and foreign partners. Programme Plus is an additional segment featuring special events that combine diverse themes and offers superior European art as an added value.
Times of Power
The Times of Power flagship deals with Rijeka as a laboratory of European history, awareness and consciousness.
Dopolavoro
The Dopolavoro flagship deals with work and new technologies. Will technological advancement one day lead to a world where machines do all the work and people enjoy abundance and leisure?
Kitchen of Diversity
Minorities, migrations and activism make up the central theme of the Kitchen of Diversity. These themes weave in various ways through music, literary, culinary and even football events, as well as visual art and festivals.
Children’s House
The Children's House offers programmes aimed at children, parents and grandparents. These programmes also invite young visitors from Croatia and all of Europe to come to Rijeka.

Sweet & Salt
Sweet & Salt follows the flow of the Rječina River all the way to the seaport. The programme centres on the conceptualisation and revival of this underused yet fascinating and alluring part of the city in the very heart of Rijeka.
