After a long and varied career in a large international corporation, Iva decided to switch from business to creativity, art and new challenges, connecting the world of culture with that of administration. She proved that she was serious about it by moving from Zagreb to Rijeka.

Unlike many, she likes procedures, always trying to find out whether things can work better, faster and more efficient, but she is aware that without compromise and open communication nothing can be implemented. Culture above all!

The motto that best describes her is “put the right thing in the right place”: this will be the main driving force in her area of responsibility that includes timely procurement, help in signing on the best people and organizing the entire business operation.
