Dominik Grdić

Dominik is a media artist and cultural producer from Rijeka whose hobbies include photography, video and audiovisual installations. He organised art projects with students from the Rijeka Academy back when he was still an undergraduate student and continued developing the Student’s Cultural Centre Gallery at the University of Rijeka as the curator and programme manager.
He has organised over 40 exhibitions and conducted several workshops and keynote speeches, which makes his involvement in the Rijeka 2020 project as a Partner Programme Associate hardly surprising.
In his work as a producer, he focuses on modern forms of collaborative artistic practice, education and interdisciplinary art and curatorial projects.
He mostly sits in front of his computer and types, while in his free time he likes to jog in the forest.
